1. Buying and Selling Vehicles or Merchandise

Note: To list a vehicle or Merchandise on Autobuy.us you must have the ability to transfer title or ownership.

Autobuy.us is a Internet Auto Classified Web Site service that brings together buyers, sellers and companies of Vehicles, Merchandise and Misc. Information about a particular vehicle, or item. The ad information is supplied by the seller and not by Autobuy.us. The price and other terms of any sale remain subject to direct negotiation between the buyer and the seller. All sellers must have the ability to transfer title or ownership before posting ads on Autobuy.us. This means we do not allow brokers or third party advertisers to post ads online, without written consent from the owners of the vehicle or merchandise and the ability to transfer title or ownership of the item being listed. Autobuy.us reserves the right to refuse service and remove ads at any time from any sellers, dealers or brokers that we feel are not meeting the terms and conditions in this user terms and agreement. The prices listed by sellers on Autobuy.us often exclude sales tax, finance charges, title, license, regulatory, dealer documentary, emission testing, compliance fees, and other related charges, any or all of which may be added to the listed price to arrive at the final sale price of a particular vehicle or item. Though we hope that all who come to Autobuy.us will act honorably and treat each other fairly, we cannot verify the information sellers supply or guarantee the vehicle or item they offer. Nor can we assure the seller of a vehicle or item that the payment he/she gets from the buyer is valid. When you offer a vehicle or item for sale through Autobuy.us, you must be prepared to sell that vehicle or item at the price at which, and the terms on which, you've listed it. To list a vehicle or item for sale on Autobuy.us, sellers are required to provide certain identifying and contact information. The information must accurately identify the seller and the method of contact must permit buyers to communicate directly with the seller. You may not charge any potential buyer for information about any vehicle or item listed for sale on Autobuy.us, nor may you use our website to promote, without our prior written permission, any other website, product or service. Autobuy.us reserves the right to deny use of this website to anyone who does not comply with these requirements or who otherwise uses our website in a manner we consider inappropriate. Autobuy.us cannot monitor all the listings posted to our website, we reserve the right (but assume no obligation) to delete, move, or edit any listings or other postings that come to our attention that we consider unacceptable or inappropriate, whether for legal or other reasons. By using Autobuy.us you agree not to post or transmit any defamatory, abusive, obscene, threatening, misleading, or illegal material, or any other material that infringes on the rights of others or interferes with the ability of others to enjoy Autobuy.us. We retain the right to deny access to anyone who we believe has violated these terms or any other term of this agreement. By submitting a listing through our service, you agree to pay the fees specified for the listing package you select, regardless of whether your vehicle or item sells as a result of the listing. Take care in selecting your listing package and inputting your listing information; listing fees are generally not refundable.

2. Links to Other Sites
For your convenience, we make available a variety of links to other websites that we don't operate where you can obtain related products and services. We cannot guarantee the prices, terms, quality, reliability or performance of the products or services provided by these vendors. Autobuy.us is not responsible for the products or services these vendors provide. You release Autobuy.us and its affiliates from any damages that you may incur, and agree not to assert any claims against them, arising from your purchase or use of third-party supplied products and services. For your convenience, we make available links to websites operated by Merchants that list their vehicles, merchandise and/or services on our website. We are not responsible for any of the content or information that appears on these sites.

3. Ownership and Permissions
Autobuy.us is made available for your personal, non-commercial use only. The materials on this site are the property of Autobuy.us, and are protected by U.S. copyright laws and other copyright laws. Except as explicitly provided in this agreement, you may not distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, modify, or otherwise exploit any of the materials on this site. You may display and occasionally print a single copy of any page on the site for your personal, non-commercial use, but you may not otherwise reproduce any material appearing on this site without the prior written consent from Autobuy.us. 5. Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

6. Registration
To obtain access to certain Autobuy.us services, you will be given an opportunity to register with Autobuy.us. As part of the registration process, you will select a user name and a password. You agree that the information you supply during that registration process will be accurate and complete and that you will not register under the name of, nor attempt to enter the service under the name of, another person. By listing a vehicle or item for sale on this site, you agree to use the email addresses of those responding to your listing only for purposes of communicating with them about the potential sale of that vehicle or item. By using this website, you agree not to use information concerning other users of Autobuy.us, or the vehicle or items they've listed or searched for on this website (including listing information, user names, email addresses, telephone numbers, and/or other information), for any purpose other than to explore the potential purchase or sale of a listed vehicle or item. Autobuy.us reserves the right to suspend or remove any account it finds inappropriate or in violation of these terms.
